I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until the debt has been fully paid or until I provide written notice of cancellation to the Company, with reasonable time for the Company to act on it. I certify that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and will not dispute these payments with my bank or credit card company, provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization. I acknowledge that payments will be applied to my debt balance and agree to all terms provided in my original debt agreement.
