Holding Hands

Offering a helping hand

Correct, our job as a collection agency is to help recover past due accounts for our clients. But, we also proudly go beyond our scope to help you, the consumer. We feel it is essential to educate consumers on their rights and help them resolve their debts. If we can help consumers harmoniously resolve their debts, we can hopefully help them recover and retain their credit rating.

By communicating and working with us, a consumer may be able to minimize damage to their credit, avoid a lawsuit and preserve relations with the business they are in debt to.
