How to enter single accounts for debt collections via the online portal

From the home page, click Client login, then enter your username and password.

Select Enter New Claims from the menu bar, then enter all your debtor and account info.

Provide as much information as possible about your debtor and the debt.

You can upload files to the account under Upload File(s).

Assign accounts in bulk.

View your account(s) and generate reports.
